Stamped & Decorative Concrete
Get the upscale look of stone, brick, or tile at a fraction of the cost with beautiful stamped and decorative concrete.

Beauty Meets Durability
You love the look of natural stone or brick but not the high cost and maintenance. Stamped decorative concrete gives you the elegant appearance of premium materials with all the durability and affordability of concrete. Your guests will think you paid thousands more than you actually did.
Decorative concrete works beautifully for driveways, patios, walkways, pool decks, and entryways. Unlike real stone or brick pavers that shift, settle, and grow weeds between joints, stamped concrete maintains a smooth, level surface that needs minimal upkeep. You get a high-end look without the hassle.
Advantages of Decorative Concrete:
- ✓Costs 40 to 60 percent less than natural stone or premium pavers
- ✓Unlimited design options including colors, patterns, and textures
- ✓More durable than pavers with no shifting or settling
- ✓Easy maintenance with no weeds growing between joints
- ✓Slip-resistant textured surface perfect for pool areas
- ✓Increases property value with custom, high-end appearance
Endless Design Possibilities
Stamped concrete can replicate almost any material you can imagine. Popular patterns include natural stone like slate, flagstone, and fieldstone. Brick patterns work great for traditional homes and create a classic look. Wood plank designs give you the appearance of expensive hardwood without the maintenance issues.
Color choices are nearly limitless. We can match existing materials on your property or create custom color combinations. You can choose single colors for a clean look or multiple colors for more natural variation. We also offer staining and scoring techniques that add depth and character to the finished surface.
Beyond stamping, we offer other decorative finishes. Exposed aggregate creates a textured surface that shows the natural beauty of stones in the concrete mix. This works well for driveways and walkways where you want traction and visual interest. Acid staining produces rich, variegated colors that look like natural patina. Saw cutting creates geometric patterns and helps control where cracks appear.
The Stamping Process Explained
Creating beautiful stamped concrete requires skill, timing, and experience. The process starts like any quality concrete project with proper site preparation, base installation, and forming. The difference comes during and after the pour.
After we pour and level the concrete, we apply a color hardener to the surface. This integral color goes deep into the concrete, not just on top like paint. Then comes the stamping itself. We use specialized mats with texture patterns that press into the concrete while it is still workable. This step requires careful timing because the concrete must be firm enough to hold the pattern but soft enough to accept the impression.
We often apply a secondary accent color or antiquing agent that settles into the texture grooves, creating depth and a more natural appearance. After the concrete cures, we clean the surface and apply a high-quality sealer. This sealer protects the color, enhances the appearance, and makes maintenance easy.
The entire process takes slightly longer than standard concrete because of the decorative steps. You are typically looking at 4 to 6 days for installation plus curing time. The results are worth the extra time and investment.
Easy Care That Lasts
Stamped concrete needs very little maintenance compared to the materials it imitates. Real stone pavers require regular releveling, joint sand replacement, and weed control. Wood decking needs annual staining and frequent board replacement. Your stamped concrete just needs occasional cleaning and resealing.
We recommend resealing every 2 to 3 years to maintain the color and protect the surface. This simple process takes a few hours and costs far less than maintaining alternative materials. Between sealings, regular sweeping and occasional washing with mild soap keep your decorative concrete looking great.
With proper installation and basic maintenance, stamped concrete lasts as long as regular concrete, typically 25 to 30 years or more. The color and pattern stay vibrant because they are part of the concrete itself, not a surface coating that wears away. This makes decorative concrete an excellent long-term investment for your property.
